FREE Girls Empowerment Class for Girls ages 10-14

Sunday 9/24 @ 10 - 11 AM Pacific

This one hour class is designed for girls to create, lead and shine! We will be doing a simple, empowering creative project in a fun, girl-powered environment. This is a great way to give Girls Shine Bright a try!

This class is online and we will meet on Zoom. I will open up the Zoom room 15 minutes beforehand @ 9:45AM. Parents are welcome to come say hello at that time and help their daughter settle in if they’d like.
All you need is some basic art supplies (paper and markers/colored pencils etc.)

Hi there!

I'm Nicole.

As a mentor and educational therapist, I love to create supportive environments for kids and teens to thrive and be seen for who they are, just as they are.

​I grew up (and still live) in the San Francisco Bay Area and often felt stressed out and disconnected during my preteen and teen years. Once I graduated from college, I discovered a whole world of resources to help with stress and disconnection that I didn't learn about in school: women's circles, yoga classes and my favorite..... retreats! Through retreats and other trainings, I've studied leadership, vocal empowerment, movement, mindfulness and much more. I became a Qoya Movement teacher as well as a certified kids' yoga teacher. As I took all of these trainings, I kept thinking to myself, "How can girls get these resources and experiences earlier in life?"

Girls Shine Bright is my creative solution to just that!
