Who It’s For:
Teens ages 15–18 who want to grow as leaders, mentors, and creative contributors.
What Participants Will Do:
Teens discover their leadership style, build confidence, and see their ideas come to life while helping younger girls shine.

What Participants Will Do:
- Mentor younger girls (ages 10–14) through Girls Shine Bright Circles
- Support girl-powered projects (like our book and empowerment cards)
- Create monthly “bright spots” for the community (art, poetry, reflections, Wisdom Words)
- Build real-world skills in communication, collaboration, creative problem-solving, fundraising, and project coordination
- Explore behind-the-scenes creative and nonprofit work through hands-on projects
- Confidence and leadership experience
- Mentorship skills
- A creative, supportive community
- Stipends that honor their time, effort, and ideas

About Nicole:
With 20+ years of experience, Nicole Connell is an educational therapist, mentor, and creator of innovative youth programs. She founded Girls Shine Bright to give girls the opportunities, support, and creative leadership skills she wished she had growing up. Through her programs, Nicole helps girls develop confidence, creativity, and meaningful intergenerational connections that make a lasting community impact.
