Hello, I’m Nicole.
It is my life’s work to support children and young adults uncover and embrace their full potential. I am passionate about helping them cultivate confidence and find their voice so they can fully contribute their unique gifts to the world. I’m dedicated to being a positive role model and constant source of encouragement for my clients.
I incorporate creativity, play, laughter, and humor into the holistic approach to my work. I draw upon my background as a day camp counselor and director, Montessori assistant, kindergarten teacher, and Educational Therapist to create a nurturing, transformative and fun experience for my clients.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from UC Davis and a Master’s Degree in Education with a certificate in Educational Therapy from Holy Names University. I am a professional level member (ET/P) in the Association of Educational Therapists (AET). I frequently attend yoga, mindfulness and personal development trainings and workshops so that I can continue to gain more wisdom, knowledge and resources to share with my clients.
I am also a certified kids’ yoga teacher. I value healthy living, and I love practicing yoga, dancing, art, creative self-expression and exploring new and far away places. I am particularly interested in the impact of cultural viewpoints and how that affects our experiences and belief systems around shame, resilience, education and wellness.
I am thrilled to be able to help children learn as well as learn from them. I most love to encourage children to connect to their big ideas, inner knowing and resources to thrive.
"Real, compassion and learning are three words I would use to describe my sessions with Nicole."
